About

After a 25-year career as a QA/QC Inspector in corporate aviation, I decided to make a major career change and return to college to pursue my passions. I have a love of thoughtful design, clean architecture, and well-done maps, which led to the full-time study of Architecture and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Portland Community College.

Along the way, I excelled in cartography, graphic communication, and complex software such as Revit to produce accurate 3D building models, visual renderings, and complete construction documents.

I get immense satisfaction in the technical details, and figuring out how everything comes together to make an amazing piece of architecture.

I’m now ready to take the skills I’ve learned in school, and continue my learning even deeper on real-world projects.

I completed my one-year GIS certificate in Spring 2019 and graduated in June 2020 with an AAS degree in Architectural Design and Drafting.
